I was looking to take courses with NEF but dont know if this will help me in the long run

Distance learning courses could help, but experience is more important. Distance learning doesn’t have you meeting people. I’d rather have you take local courses and intern and volunteer, although if you’ve determined that you need a certain degree or content to pursue a certain job, then I ‘d definitely do it but only as one part of a larger and focused effort. Have you talked to people at a job you want and found out what combination of education and experience is most valued?
