Job Description

· Day to day office administration, including phones, filing, data entry, mailings, etc...

· Responding to event requests from the community

· Basic accounting and book keeping functions

· Coordinate logistics for event

· Managing supplies and distribution for event

· Tracking budget expenditures

· Contact corporate teams and manage appointments for Executive Director and

Development Manager

Skills & Qualifications

· Highly Proficient Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

· Extremely detailed and organized

· Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities.
