Job Description
• Identify, recruit, train and supervise volunteer leadership
• Organize volunteers to complete direct homeowner contact, including phone banking and door to door canvassing
• Build for house meetings and community energy meetings to educate homeowners about the benefits of residential weatherization and strategize about how to reach neighborhood weatherization goals
• Build partnerships with community networks and organizations and enlist their support in neighborhood weatherization efforts
• Complete community outreach at events and other public venues to include signing up volunteers and homeowners interested in weatherization.

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong written and oral communications
• Able to work well in a small group environment
• Team player who takes initiative and works within department priorities
• Organizing experience preferred but not mandatory
