Job Description
Needs an individual to expand, manage, and operate a new innovative statewide program to generate community-based, passive commercial donations of used bulk petroleum products for recycling and development of funds for emergency energy assistance to help low-income Oregonians. This individual will work with community agencies and businesses. Person selected will lead in the growth and expansion of this award winning program.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Speech communication, Sales or related subjects
Minimum of two year's experience in project management, multi-client development, or outside customer/clients sales leadership in private businesses.
Experienced in developing, leading or directing diverse teams in business expansion activities.
Past experience of successfully working proactively with a wide spectrum of businesses, municipalities, and utilities from a sales support perspective.

Combined experience/education may be used as substitute for minimum education.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented and mission-driven professional environment, and in managing stress appropriately.
Familiarity with, and able to operate, basic Microsoft computer programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access and the use of internet and email applications.
