Job Description

Work in a therapeutic group center for adolescent boys or girls with developmental disabilities and significant mental health diagnoses to provide for the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals in their home and in the community.

Skills & Qualifications

· Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with Colorado state requirements

· Deal effectively with crisis situations.

· Perform basic computer skills such as word processing.

· Possess a valid Colorado driver's license and ability to meet Imagine! driver record requirements

· Earned High School diploma or equivalent

· Experience in Human Service related field and/or previous experience with children, adolescents or adults with developmental disabilities preferred.

· Ability and willingness to undergo extensive training in behavioral management, service plan delivery, trauma response and recovery and other basic requirements.

Pay starts at $11/hour
